New Zealand Thoroughbred Marketing's board has five members representing key industry stakeholders, and an independent chairman.

Bill Gianotti
Chairman
Bill, who is also chairman of the Auckland Racing Club and a board member of New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing, has a significant background in marketing.
In 1988 he founded AIM Direct, now AIM Proximity, New Zealand's largest and most awarded direct, database and relationship marketing agency. In 2003 Bill was honoured with induction to the New Zealand Marketing Hall Of Fame. He also served as president of the Direct Marketing Association for three years.
Bill and his wife Barbara are actively involved in breeding and racing, achieving notable success with the Group Two-winning mare, Rijeka, who now graces their farm at Karaka south of Auckland

Andrew Seabrook
Representing New Zealand Bloodstock Ltd
Andrew, who has been a director of NZTM since 2000, joined New Zealand Bloodstock Ltd in 1992 after completing a Bachelor of Management Studies degree at Waikato University.
Andrew worked as a bloodstock agent in his first four years with the company, including a stint with Tattersall's, England, and is now New Zealand Bloodstock's General Manager.

Mark Chittick
Representing the NZTBA Studmasters Branch
Mark is a member of the Council of the New Zealand Thoroughbred Breeders' Association.
Together with his father, Garry, Mark operates one of New Zealand's largest and most successful stud farms, Waikato Stud.

John Thompson
Representing the NZTBA
Joining the Board in 2009, John is the co-owner and Managing Director of Rich Hill Stud, an internationally renowned thoroughbred nursery located in the heart of the Waikato.
Graduating with a Degree in Agricultural Science from Massey University, John spent his early career days Dairy Farming, before following a family tradition into the Thoroughbred Breeding Industry.
John’ significant background within the industry includes overseas experience with time spent in stud farms around the world including Ireland, the UK and America.
John and his father Colin, a retired Matamata Veterinarian, bred New Zealand’s reining Horse of the Year Mufhasa, who is by the stud’s foundation sire Pentire.

Brent Gillovic
Representing the NZTBA Studmasters Branch
Born into a racing family, Brent competed with success on the show circuit in his twenties, and rode trackwork for his grandfather, leading trainer the late Alex Cook, and internationally successful trainer Graeme Rogerson.
Brent currently holds a public trainer's licence and has a team of horses in work. He has managed Highview Stud since 1985 and joined the NZTM Board in August 2006.
