3:51 PM Monday Jun 15, 2009

Champions bred in New Zealand have been generously honoured by awards and recognition in many countries, including Australia, where three of the five inaugural Racing Hall of Fame inductees are Carbine (NZ), Phar Lap (NZ) and Tulloch (NZ).

Here is New Zealand Thoroughbred Marketing's own Hall of Fame,  acknowledging the horses whose unique achievements have made the New Zealand brand famous on racetracks around the world for more than a century.

New Zealand-breds have won 17 Australian Horse of the Year titles...
